Kenwood Builders
Founded in 2006 by Gerry Korchmar and Boris Kutikov, Kenwood combines construction management, development knowledge, and hands-on building judgment.

Kenwood’s role is to make ambitious design buildable without losing what made it ambitious. That means asking useful questions early, keeping responsibilities explicit, and treating the concealed work with the same care as the final finish.
Kenwood is particularly experienced in contemporary residential construction, where ambitious architecture must be translated into coordinated, buildable, and precisely finished work.
The company’s work spans ground-up residences, substantial renovations, additions, historic structures, kitchens, bathrooms, and commercial environments. The common thread is organized delivery and a standard of craft that holds up after photography day.
Kenwood’s perspective is informed by related ventures including DOCA Boston and Architectural Trends, connecting construction with cabinetry, interior planning, and global product knowledge.
What guides the work
Resolve scope, responsibility, information, and decision timing before the field pays for ambiguity.
Excellent finish depends on excellent preparation, coordination, protection, and quality control.
Communication and follow-through are part of the build—not extras added when convenient.
